We carry a large fleet of child car seats ready for short term hires. Bookings are not required unless you require a number of seats or during busy Easter and Christmas periods.
All hires come with FREE installation and demonstration on how to use the seat.
Unless the seat has been soiled, stained or vomit, there is not need to have the seat cleaned. It’s our job to ensure all seats are cleaned and sanitised for the next customer.
Upon the return of the seat to us without stains or missing parts, your security deposit bond is fully refunded.
All hires includes free installation only on the first installation. All re-fittings during the hire period would incur an re-fitting fee of $40.
You can return the seat before the due date. However, we do not refund any un-used periods.
Yes. Just contact us before the due date for any extensions.
Yes, provide you haven’t collected the hire. Cancellations are fully refundable (hire fee and security deposit), however the credit card processing fees are not refundable. Refunds are processed through SecurePay (an Australia Post entity) to your card.
All fittings are done on our loading dock located on Edith Lane.
All our fitters have completed the Selection and Installation of Child Restraints course approved by RMS and have years of experience in fitting all brands of child car seats.
Child car seat fitting is available 7 days a week. We do not normally take bookings. Just call us if you are in a rush to ensure the fitters are available.
Yes. We do a check of your seat to ensure it meets current standards before installation.
Generally, only car seats purchased in Australia meets Australia’s strict safety standards. We do not install any seats that fails to meets the Australian Standards.
If you mean an old fashion hand written certificate, then no. We are fully digitalised, the tax invoice issued to you is all you need.
There is no charge for removing your old seat before any installation.
